 Cathcart’s Lodge, which takes its name from
a previous occupant whose family have lived on Belle
Isle Estate for many years, is a single storey cottage
adjacent to the bridge on to the island of Belle Isle.
It is situated beside a similar cottage occupied by
an estate tenant. The Lodge has it’s own entrance
with ample parking space, lawns front and rear with
picnic table and enjoys spectacular views of the Lough.
Accommodation includes entrance hall with cloakroom
and storage cupboard. There is a large open-plan living/dining
area and modern kitchen with log-burning stove, T.V.,
video player and CD player. The kitchen area has an
electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge
and microwave. There are two bedrooms each containing
a double bed plus single bed, both with ensuite bathrooms,
one with bath the second with shower. OFCH throughout.
The attached boiler room houses a tumble drier, BBQ
and bait fridge.
